LE SSERAFIM‘s Kazuha is one of the first artists that comes to mind when someone mentions a “fit” K-Pop idol.
With her toned arms and defined abs, it’s no wonder she gets compliments on her physique.
In a new interview with Weverse Magazine, Kazuha acknowledged the hype she and her members received in this regard. Commenting that he was “thankful” for the concern, he said he was flattered that people looked to him for inspiration.
All members of LE SSERAFIM are dedicated to sport, and I am grateful that people really appreciate it. A lot of people today find value in working out and going to the gym and I think they look to us for that too. I like that we can motivate people not only through our music and performances but also through sports.
He admits to feeling a sense of responsibility for the compliments he receives. This encourages him to work to the best of his ability.
Many people take an interest in our muscles, so I feel a sense of responsibility and think about how I should continue to exercise as best I can. The other members are all working hard on their individual practice.
The secret to his success is to have a consistent workout routine. In Kazuha’s case, this was made possible by using online resources like YouTube and music sites as fuel to do better.
I work out by searching various videos on YouTube depending on my focus or the type of exercise I want to do at any given time. I even made something like a music playlist but for exercise — a workout list.
Kazuha highlighted the importance of taking a proactive approach when it comes to the types of exercise a person will do.
I collect exercise videos for every type of workout and keep adding them to my playlist whenever I find a new worthy video.
Lastly, other LE SSERAFIM members also consistently exercise. They primarily focus on upper body exercises such as those focusing on the abs and arms.
They mainly focus on upper body workouts because that’s what they tend to flaunt when wearing the clothes we feature. Sometimes I take videos of the workout routines I watch and share them in our group chats too.
