On December 1 LSAC clarified the previous statement and denied that the model is dating the soccer star.

Previously, the modeling agency had believed the dating rumors by stating that they did not know about it. It seems the label was forced to step in after seeing the dating allegations rooted as truth.

Cho Gue Sung and Ji Minju’s dating allegations started when netizens realized the two were following each other on Instagram. The rumors grew when netizens accused Ji Minju of having posted a story wearing a soccer jersey.
Cho Gue Sung became an overnight sensation when the K-League striker scored twice in Korea’s game against Ghana in Qatar World Cup 2022. Despite those goals in a wasted effort, Cho Gue Sung was one of the few bright spots in that heartbreaking defeat.
Korea faced Portugal on December 3 in their last group game. Korea needs to win to have any hope of reaching the last 16 in the tournament.
